Use of Trial Version is highly Recommended

We recommend you to use the trial version before you purchase the licensed version to ensure that the software will be compatible with your computer systems and satisfy your requirements. Users have to understand this that our tools are tested in various types of conditions where they give 99% satisfactory results. However, users should be also well aware of the fact that there can be certain cases where our products fail to work to some extent.

We apologize, but we do not provide refund:
- If you purchased software accidently or for wrong platform.
- If you don't want to use it anymore.
- Inability to operate the software in your computing environment.
- Inability to apply the license policy in your computing environment.
- Any product 60 days after the purchase date for any reason.
It is important for the customer to send the signed "Letter of Destruction" in a form of email before receiving the refund legally. Letter of Destruction implies that software will be destroyed from all client machines where it have been installed. After this our orgnization will refund your money in 30 days after deducting processing and third party costs (shipping/handling/commission/TAX) to your credit card account. Ordering a software license signifies your acceptance of this Refund Policy.
